About the Host
Cole Warner, MA, LCMHC
Host, Director of Support Services and Digital Health Education Program
Cole Warner is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who has been with Hospice of Davidson County for over six years. He serves as the Director of Support Services and oversees the agency’s Digital Health Education Program. Since 2021, Cole has also been the Host and Producer of the Community Connections Podcast, which highlights stories and conversations around end-of-life care and community support. He has obtained a bachelor of arts in psychology, and a masters in clinical mental health counseling. Cole is currently contributing to a forthcoming textbook for palliative care resident physicians with a section focused on grief and loss. Cole has been working with grieving individuals and families since 2018, providing compassionate guidance and education through both clinical and community settings.
