About Us

Alderwood of Davidson County

Centered in Our Community

Inspired by the Alder trees that line our local waterways, the name Alderwood reflects our role as a natural source of resilience and healing for our community. Just as the Alder trees restore the land and its roots hold riverbanks, we provide a strong, grounded presence for families navigating serious illness. Our mission embodies this same strength—providing a safe, peaceful sanctuary where everyone is met with deep presence and dignity at life’s most vulnerable moments.

At Alderwood, our dedication extends beyond the bedside. We are a family of clinical experts committed to walking beside our patients, supporting the loved ones who care for them, and investing in our staff as leaders in serious illness innovation. By making intentional strategic decisions, we work to ensure that every person in our community has a steady hand to hold through life’s most personal moments.

Whether you are seeking care, finding healing, or serving our mission, we are: With you for life.
