The Henry Etta & Bruce Hinkle Hospice House is Davidson County’s only dedicated inpatient hospice facility. Situated on 38 therapeutic acres, it serves as a quiet retreat designed to remove the burdens of caregiving. Here, our expert staff manages the clinical complexities so that you can focus entirely on being present with one another.

CAREGIVER RESPITE

A Moment of Respite

Caring for someone you love takes extraordinary strength. We’re here to support not only our patients, but the people who care for them every day. Our respite services offer caregivers a temporary time of rest while their loved one receives short-term, in-patient care in a safe and supportive environment.

Who is eligible?

Families must already be receiving care through Alderwood of Davidson County and meet established care level criteria. Respite stays require a prior assessment and approval by a medical provider.
